Shipping policy

Most items are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive your tracking information via email. If you're not home when your delivery arrives, your item may be left if safe to do so, or a card will be left for you. Please note, we will not be responsible for items going missing or are damaged from being left in an unattended location. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship large parcels to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

XL Orders + Regional WA, NT, Far Nth QLD + Remote areas

For extra large items such as our wall decor or extra large orders, etc. an invoice via paypal will be sent for any extra shipping costs or if you live in a regional area as decided by our couriers you will be notified of any extra shipping costs also & invoiced via paypal.

Orders will not be booked for pickup until any extra monies are paid. Please note we don't usually refund for not checking with this first. So please be sure your okay for this to happen. 
If you would like to be sure please email prior to purchase. 

Our large Wall decor is charged seperately, as they need to ship separate from any other items purchased. 

Large items - some of our large pieces will require separate prices for shipping. Please contact us for a delivery quote prior to ordering. If there are any additional shipping costs, you will be sent an additional PayPal invoice.

Out of stock and backorder items – our products are subject to availability, as our supply partner’s stock levels change daily. If you order an item that is out of stock, or on backorder, we will contact you to discuss.

Local Pick Up

Our collection service is located in the Northern Beaches, of Sydney NSW. Orders are usually ready within 1 - 3 business days. You will be contacted as soon as your order is available.

Please note: orders are held with our collection service for 30 days. Unless prior arrangement has been made, any orders held beyond this will be returned and restocked.
