Please note, if you decide to cancel your order BEFORE being shipped a 10% cancellation fee will apply.Â
If your order has been received and products are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receivership at bohodreamaus@gmail.com so that we may be able to assist you.
If your order has been received and products are found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receivership at bohodreamaus@gmail.com so that we may be able to assist you.
Information for returning damaged or faulty items will be processed via email in the first instance. Please send a photo of the damaged or faulty product when contacting us. Relevant forms will be emailed to you directly.
Please note that items will need to be returned to “BoHo Dream Aus” in secure packaging (same protection as when they arrived). "BoHo Dream Aus" are not entitled to pay return shipping, this will be at your discretion and cost.Â
Once received (and upon inspection), your item will either be refunded or replaced. If you opt for a replacement, we will replace your item with an item of equal or similar value.

If any issues do arise with your order upon arrival, such as damaged/faulty/missing items, it must be brought to the attention of BoHo Dream Aus staff within 7 days of receiving your order. Â
